Friends and Strangers were formed in Hempstead NY by Doug Stokes and John Green. As Doug Stokes and John Green continued to put the band together with hard work and getting that blend with the right members. This band consists of seven members. Doug Stokes lead guitarist, John Green Drummer, Tetsuya Sato bass player, Eric Lemberg keyboardist, Tamika Haywood singer, Alura lead singer.       

            Friends and Strangers mostly perform in the tri-state area. They performed at The Stuyvesant Mansion 375 Stuyvesant Avenue Brooklyn NY 11233 March 14, 2020. Also, they performed at the JERICHO TERRACE 249 Jericho Turnpike Mineola NY 11501 on October 31, 2021, and many more.              

             Friends and Strangers is a high-energy band with a sound of its own. The singers and the musicians have a unique blend. Once you hear them they’ll have you wanting more. If you like R&B, Pop, Soul, and Funk can’t forget about Classics from yesterday. And the music of today and tomorrow. There’s nothing they can’t play.
